Vocatim is a recording-to-notes app for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Record a conversation or import an audio file, transcribe it locally, edit the text, label speakers and create a local AI summary.

Offline use requires the relevant models and audio to be downloaded first. Optional iCloud synchronization is separate from local processing; enabling sync uses Apple's cloud, and sending a recording to a Mac transfers it off the phone.

The first five minutes of each recording are free to try. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks longer recordings, without a Vocatim subscription. Model availability and processing time depend on device resources. Transcripts, speaker labels and summaries should be checked against the recording.
